Comprehensive Order Fulfilment Policies and Practices
These policies will aid users determine how GRC Viewpoint fulfils orders and payments made via the payment processor, ACH, Wire or Check.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Fulfilment Policy
At GRC Viewpoint, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfilment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Delivery Policy
At GRC Viewpoint, we offer digital advertisements, as well as digital and physical magazine subscriptions. We provide our services to clients through electronic means and physical shipment, according to their requests. Physical magazine subscriptions are shipped using priority services from our courier partners. Our current shipping partners include DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Refunds
The contracts we sign with clients are non-cancellable. However, if the service has not been performed as promised during the term of our contract, we offer a full refund.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:
- You received the services signed as per contract, but simply changed your mind about the service.
- You were aware or notified of the problems with the service before making the purchase.
- You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.
Return Policy
At GRC Viewpoint, we sell digital ads and magazine subscription services. Therefore, these services cannot be returned. However, we offer a full refund according to our refund policy if the services are not fulfilled as promised.
Cancellation Policy
Our contracts are non-cancellable and governed by individual agreements made with each client.
Project Abandonment
If, after repeated attempts by GRC Viewpoint to begin, continue, or finalize the delivery of services, the client fails to participate or becomes unresponsive to GRC Viewpoint’s requests for a period of thirty (30) days, GRC Viewpoint may choose to abandon the project. In such cases, GRC Viewpoint reserves the right to reduce any refund for the services to zero. The client agrees to forfeit any amounts paid for the services as described in the original work order or contract, wherever applicable.
How to make a complaint
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to info@grcviewpoint.com stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
