Reciprocity: The Leader of Risk Management Realm Just Got Better

THE INCEPTION TALE

Reciprocity was founded by Ken Lynch in the year 2009. They are on a mission to support companies with goals that are good for society, such as improving customer privacy or our environment. The company wants to help other companies manage their information security with its risk and compliance platform. Your security and compliance teams get a single, integrated experience that reveals your information security risk across your business. You can take action confidently, knowing you see the entire landscape. Their GRC platform provides compliance, audit, risk, third-party risk solutions, and governance and policy management applications.

The team engages compliance departments to work more easily with their internal stakeholders and show the world that their company’s internal household is in order. They have achieved this by consumerizing their enterprise software, making it more engaging, rewarding, and user-friendly.

The tools used by the workforce are built to help individuals better understand the greater context of their work and motivate them with the feedback that ensures that they execute well. they also connect societal concerns, like privacy or environmental laws, to internal governance structures and we integrate them into an individual’s everyday workflow.

The CEO of the company, Michael Maggio asserts, “we are on a mission to turn corporate compliance from a cost center into a valuable strategic asset. We make compliance and risk officers more nimble with lightweight software designed for hot growing companies. Our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Software encourages compliance, risk, and audit managers to act more nimbly and stand toe-to-toe with the fast-paced world of business.”
