Nick joined Sword GRC in 2012 and has overall responsibility for all operational activities. Nick has over 25 years of industry experience having worked in senior roles at such companies as Computer Associates, SAP, and Lawson Software. He has a BA in History from the University of Wales.

  • Matt Sharpe: CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Matt is the Chief Technology Officer at Sword GRC and drives the technical strategy and implementation of the product. Matt joined the company in 2007 after completing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Warwick. His career began in consultancy before moving to the ARM team where he now heads up the product development department.

  • Becky Marsland: CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

Becky is the Chief Financial Officer at Sword GRC and is responsible for finance, HR, and facilities across the Group. She has been with the company since 2015 and is a Chartered Management Accountant and has a degree in Accounting & Finance.
